At Seasond Pro Careers, we understand the challenges and obstacles that professionals, especially those from the BIPOC community, face in their career journeys. As the founder, I have a deeply personal connection to this mission. In 2016, I found myself in a job that brought me no joy, applying to over 200 jobs in a single month, only to be met with rejection after rejection. Despite holding a bachelor's degree, I was earning less than 30K a year, a situation that left me feeling disheartened and stuck. This experience ignited a passion within me to create Seasond Pro Careers, a platform dedicated to empowering BIPOC professionals to overcome career barriers and achieve their full potential.
My personal journey has fueled my commitment to providing tailored career coaching and guidance to individuals who, like me, have faced setbacks and felt undervalued in the workforce. Through Seasond Pro Careers, I aim to create a supportive and inclusive space where BIPOC professionals can access the resources, mentorship, and strategies needed to navigate the complexities of the job market and secure fulfilling career opportunities. My own transformation from feeling stuck and undervalued to thriving in a fulfilling career has inspired me to help others realize their worth and unlock their professional potential.
